This is the public privacy statement for our website and our texting program (photo line (405) 766-6701, office (405) 254-8292).
Who we are
The Public Side LLC (“we,” “us”) is an Oklahoma limited liability company. We keep the public side of a shop alive: job photos posted to Google, Facebook, and Instagram, and replies to Google reviews. This statement covers information we collect on thepublicsidellc.com and over SMS/MMS. It is the privacy policy for our texting program. The texting program
Our photo number is (405) 766-6701. Our office number is (405) 254-8292. Clients list worker / tech numbers at signup and text job photos and short notes to the photo number. We text those same numbers back — for example that we received a file, that we need another shot, or a Friday nudge if a week is quiet. We do not send marketing texts. We do not send review-request texts. We do not text a shop’s customers. Only numbers the client listed for this work are in the program.
What we collect
On the website and at signup we collect business name, contact name, email, phone, city, website, Google/Facebook/Instagram URLs or handles, the numbers you want to send photos from, plan and payment details (processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers), agreement signature, and messages you send us. Over SMS/MMS we collect the phone number, the time, and the content of the message, including photos and video. Carriers and Twilio also process delivery data needed to send and receive texts.
How we use it
We use this information to provide the service you signed up for: receive job photos, crop and caption them, post to the accounts you granted us access to, reply to Google reviews, send the monthly report, bill you, and send the operational texts described above. We use it to keep records, prevent abuse, and comply with the law. We do not use your mobile number or message content to advertise unrelated products.
Mobile information and third parties
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell your phone number, your texts, or your photos. We do not share them with data brokers. Processors who help us run the service (including Twilio for SMS/MMS delivery, Stripe for cards, Google and Meta for posting to your public accounts, our database host, and the AI tools named in the client agreement) receive only what they need to do that job, under their own terms. Once a post is live on your public accounts, it is public.
Opt in
This is a two-way customer-care program, not marketing. A shop opts in by listing worker/tech mobile numbers on signup (https://thepublicsidellc.com/start), signing the client agreement, and having those workers text job photos to (405) 766-6701. Listing a number is consent for operational reply texts at that number. Next to those number fields we show: type of messages, message frequency varies, Msg & data rates may apply, and Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. The same disclosure is at https://thepublicsidellc.com/sms. We do not buy lists.
Opt out, help, and rates
Reply STOP to (405) 766-6701 or (405) 254-8292 to leave the texting program. You can also email hello@thepublicsidellc.com or use self-service on the website. After STOP we will not text that number except a one-time confirmation that you are unsubscribed. Reply START (or UNSTOP) to that number if you want back in. Reply HELP or email hello@thepublicsidellc.com for help. Message frequency varies with the photos you send; a quiet week may get one Friday nudge. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How long we keep it
Signup, billing, and agreement records are kept while you are a client and as long as we need them for tax, dispute, or legal reasons after that. Photos and texts are kept to perform the service and for a reasonable archive of what we posted. If you cancel, we stop texting and stop posting. You may ask us to delete a file or a number; we will, except where we must keep a record (for example an opt-out log or a signed agreement).
Website and cookies
The public site is for information and client signup. If you create a session (Google sign-in for Desk, or self-service with your email and access code), we use a cookie or similar token to keep you signed in. We do not run advertising pixels to sell your visits. Server logs may include IP address and pages requested, used to keep the site up and secure.
Children
This service is for businesses, not for children. We do not enroll minors in the texting program. Do not text us pictures of minors.
Your choices
Email hello@thepublicsidellc.com to ask what we have on your shop, to correct it, to remove a sender number, or to request deletion as described above. Oklahoma law governs. Venue is Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
Changes
If this statement changes in a way that affects the texting program, we will post the new version at https://thepublicsidellc.com/privacy and update the date. Continued use of the service or the photo number after that date is acceptance of the update.
